**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** with a background in **courier, cargo, or logistics** to manage customer interactions, shipment documentation, and operational support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth customer service and back-end operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, address queries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely resolution/escalation of complex issues.

**Operations Support**:

- **POD Upload & Updation**: Ensure timely uploading and updating of Proof of Delivery documents in the system or as per client requirements.
- **LR Generation**: Generate accurate Lorry Receipts (LRs) based on dispatch and shipment details, ensuring proper documentation.
- **Data Entry & Excel Management**: Update customer and shipment data using Excel; ability to work with formulas, data sorting, and prepare reports.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain systematic records of communications, deliveries, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time service delivery.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Above **12th pass can apply**.
- **1 - 3 years of prior experience in logistics, courier, or cargo industry is mandatory.**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (data entry, reporting, formulas, sorting).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Comfortable with **6 days working (Day Shift)**.
