**Job Title: Civil Structural Draftsman**

**Job Summary**:
The Civil Structural Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for structural projects, focusing on both structural steel and RCC elements. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to produce accurate and compliant construction documents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**: Create detailed construction drawings for structural steel and RCC components using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with structural engineers to interpret design concepts and ensure that drawings meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure that all drafts adhere to relevant codes, standards, and client specifications, including Indian Standard codes for structural design.
- **Revisions and Updates**: Modify existing drawings based on engineer feedback, site conditions, or design changes, ensuring all updates are accurately documented.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and compliance before final submission.
- **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating between different project disciplines, including architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in structural drafting, with a focus on structural steel and RCC drafting.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong skills in AutoCAD; familiarity with other software such as Revit or Tekla Structures is a plus.

**Skills**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of structural design principles and experience with structural steel and RCC detailing.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of drawings and adherence to specifications.
