**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Drafting skills and knowledge of detailing

Ø Should be able to compose drawings as per required standards and should be able to understand requirements from the head of the team and meet deadlines.

Ø To prepare all architectural cad drawings using AUTO CAD, plot feeding, area calculations & detail drawings

Ø To prepare architectural site plans, details, sections and elevations, and electrical and landscape drawings as per the requirement and instructions from the senior architect.

Ø To prepare drawings during the different design phases and process paper to CAD drawings.

Ø To prepare drawings in Layouts, 3D views and working drawing plans using layers and all as per the requirements.

Ø To maintain records of drawings issued on site

Ø To modify drawings as and when required

Ø To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time

Ø Periodical Site Visits

Ø Assisting the site engineers and Client stakeholders

**Qualifications & Skillset**:
Ø Bachelor's degree or Diploma from an accredited program is required.

Ø Knowledge of local municipality code will be appreciated

Ø Ability to work across disciplines of Architecture, Structural, and MEP.

Ø Must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Ø Expert software and computer skills required including AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Rendering Programs, and Microsoft Professional Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). AutoCAD and Sketchup proficiency is mandatory.

Ø Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
