**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.
- Prepare technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on preliminary designs, concepts, and specifications provided by architects and engineers.
- Ensure that all drawings and designs adhere to company standards, industry codes, and regulations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure that designs are integrated and consistent across all disciplines.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain and update drawing files and documentation, ensuring that all changes and revisions are tracked and recorded accurately.
- Prepare as-built drawings and other documentation for project closeout.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review and verify accuracy and completeness of drawings before submission.
- Identify potential design and drafting issues, providing solutions to address them.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize Revit for 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create detailed and accurate representations of structures.
- Use AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing, ensuring precision and clarity in all drawings.
- Stay updated on the latest drafting software and technologies to continually improve efficiency and quality.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Support project teams in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in drafting, with a strong focus on Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industries is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Revit for 3D modeling and BIM.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
- Knowledge of other drafting and modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino) is a plus.
- Understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
