Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive with Raise, you understand that your responsibility is to drive customer satisfaction. You should have a proven track record of helping the customer for a financial service brand - over voice support, which could be inbound or outbound, but no sales.

You will work very closely with internal stakeholders, your team members in the customer support team, management, and most importantly our customers. You will display empathy with customers in all conversations, make sure you hear them well, and share with them the appropriate resolution (to the point) and if not now, get back to them as soon as possible. We are building Raise to deliver an awesome customer experience - and your role is critical for us to deliver that promise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling and resolving customer queries is your primary responsibility at the same time you will adhere to the quality standards for customer service and try to raise the bar in every interaction
- Meeting average call handling time standards, but also knowing customer satisfaction is more important.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the scope
- Update records of customer interactions, and actions taken as disposition
- Work with all internal stakeholders - your team, managers, product, growth, and management team
- Take that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relation
- Raise Financial Services or Dhan, Borivali East, MumbaiNo of days working: Monday to Friday (2 Saturdays will be working) ( 1 Sunday WFH will be working) Government holidays will be off for everyone (if anyone wants to work to work can get the comp off)Timing: - DAY SHIFT --- 8 am to 5 pm & 9 am to 6 pm (work from office shifts) NIGHT SHIFT- 1 pm to 10 pm & 3 pm to 12 am (work from home shifts)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
