**Role Overview -**

We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Financial Advisor with 10-15 years of proven expertise in financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services. The role requires a seasoned professional who can manage high-value clients, provide strategic financial guidance, and contribute to the growth of the organization’s financial advisory practice.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Provide comprehensive financial planning covering investments, retirement, insurance, taxation, and estate planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and portfolio reviews to ensure optimal asset allocation and wealth preservation.
- Offer strategic investment advice based on market trends, economic outlook, and client objectives.
- Ensure all financial plans comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior financial advisors/associates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, fund managers, auditors, tax consultants).
- Continuously monitor financial markets, update clients, and proactively recommend adjustments to financial strategies.
- Contribute to business development by acquiring new clients and expanding the firm’s advisory services.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial data and uphold ethical standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies -**
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, insurance, and investment products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic foresight.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and manage portfolios.
- Strong understanding of compliance, legal frameworks, and risk management.

**Qualifications & Experience -**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- CFP, CFA, CA, CPA, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, wealth management, investment banking, or related domains.
- Proven track record of managing large and diverse client portfolios.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
