**The Role**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Equity Advisor to join our advisory team. The role involves providing professional advice on equity investments to retail and high-net-worth clients, helping them make informed decisions in the stock market based on in-depth research, market trends, and financial goals. You will play a critical role in client portfolio management, revenue generation, and relationship building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clients with expert advice on equity investments, trading strategies, and portfolio structuring.
- Execute equity and derivatives transactions as per client instructions, while ensuring best trade execution practices.
- Regularly monitor market trends, global events, and news affecting equity markets; update clients accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and wallet share.
- Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly market updates, research-based recommendations, and performance reports.
- Assist clients in understanding financial products and services, including equities, mutual funds, IPOs, and ETFs.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance guidelines (as per SEBI and internal policies) are strictly followed.
- Meet or exceed business targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal research and sales teams to deliver value-added insights to clients.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, equity instruments, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-servicing skills.
- Ability to interpret technical and fundamental data to provide actionable investment advice.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in equity advisory, broking, or investment services.
- Mandatory Certifications: NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
