**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Write and execute **SQL queries** to analyze and resolve data-related issues.
- Support AWS-based services and infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident response guidelines.

**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in **SQL** - writing queries, joins, data validations, and debugging.
- Experience with **AWS services** such as EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like **ServiceNow, Jira**, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work **US hours until 2 PM EST**.
