Knowledge of performance management scripts, reading of code / method / stack

Banking Domain knowledge

Understanding of IT performance measurement key indicators and understanding of event correlation

**Technical skills**:
Technical script writing

Monitoring performance parameters

Knowledge of Application monitoring tools like Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic, Splunk etc.?(Professional Certifications on Appdynamics and Dynatrace is a must)

Soft skill :?Good Interpersonal communication & presentation skills

**L2 JD : 24/7 **24/7 flexible to work, monitoring and analysis is first priority, configuration is required

Should have good knowledge in configuration and implementation of one of the above-mentioned APM tools. (Hands-on mandatory)

Should be able to conduct a complete RCA on the incidents/events captured in the APM tool.

Should be able to mentor / guide the team to do the primary analysis on the real-time incidents/events of the Alerts received in the APM too

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
