**Experience: 2 years to 5 years of experience in an IT support/help desk environment.**
**Resource will be responsible for handling UK client/ Should have worked in International process.**
**Excellent communication skills.**
**Mandatory experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow).**

**Experience supporting end-users remotely in a fast-paced environment.**
**Work Shift : 24*7 Rotational.**
**Work Arrangement: 5 days’ work from office**
**Mode of Interview: L1 -Virtual, L2- Face to Face.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
