**Job Summary**:
The ERP Executive will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the company’s ERP system to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves coordinating with different departments, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide user support.
- Conduct ERP user training sessions for employees.
- Assist in ERP module customization and configuration as per business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup processes.
- Generate and analyze ERP reports for management decision-making.
- Liaise with ERP vendors or development teams for updates and enhancements.
- Document ERP processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Ensure ERP usage compliance as per company policies.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, etc.). not mandatory.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic database management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years(Freshers & Experienced) of ERP management/administration experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
