Department: Implementation / ERP Solutions / SAP PracticeReports To: Project Manager / Implementation HeadJob Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end SAP implementation for clients, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, training, and post-go-live support. The role requires strong client interaction, understanding of business processes, and coordination between the technical and sales teams to deliver smooth SAP adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Assist in SAP module configuration (such as SAP Business One, S/4HANA, or relevant product).
  • Plan and execute end-to-end implementation activities including data migration, testing, and user training.
  • Work closely with the sales and pre-sales team to support SAP solution selling and demos.
  • Customize reports and dashboards as per client needs.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues in coordination with the technical team.
  • Document system configurations, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
  • Coordinate with SAP and internal teams for updates, troubleshooting, and license management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in SAP implementation or ERP project execution (freshers with SAP training may apply).
  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, or Production.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and interact confidently with clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client site implementation (if required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Business One or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or Excel-based data handling.
  • Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, trading, or service industries.
