**About Us**:
We are a leading dental clinic committed to providing exceptional care and service to our patients. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team and help enhance patient experience through effective communication and follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for appointment booking, rescheduling, follow-ups, and general patient inquiries.
- Manage patient interactions through CRM systems and WhatsApp effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update CRM regularly.
- Provide clear, polite, and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating issues to the relevant team when needed.
- Support marketing campaigns or promotions through calls and messages.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling/Customer Support agent, preferably in healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle calls efficiently, including appointment management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with scheduling and patient management software.
