**Minimum 3 to 5 years System administrator**

**JD**Strong knowledge in technology troubleshooting methodologies, design, and implementation
- Installing and configuring Windows Server and its components like Active Directory, DNS, Windows Cluster.
- Should have experience with Domain Controller upgrades, Group Policy, and troubleshooting skills.
- Should be an expert in migrations, such as an on-premises file server.
- Sound knowledge of the HCI environment and Working experience in bringing up a VMware virtualized setup from bare metal and managing the same.
- Deep knowledge in VMware virtualization components such as vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, VDS, and VMware CLI.
- Extensive involvement in vSAN, including server-side configuration, management, and troubleshooting virtual storage.
- Good experience in DC-DR replication technologies like: vCenter Replication, SRM, Dell Recover Point

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, capacity planning, and recovery. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in storage administration.
- Maintain and monitor AD servers (Active Directory servers), so that users can log in to desktops.
- Updating the Server with the latest patch released by Microsoft.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and system health checks.
- Install Patches on ESX Servers and upgrade the ESX Servers.
- Ability to understand Business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Ownership of Infrastructure and responsible for service uptime/availability as per SLA.
- Manage and monitor server configuration, performance, and activity of all servers
- This role will be 24/7 support, and the shift will vary depending on operational need.
