Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Administrator located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some flexibility for work from home. The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and managing network administration. The role entails maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and optimizing performance to meet the organization's needs.

Qualifications

  • System Administration and Network Administration skills
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities
  • Proficiency in Information Technology management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working with SMEs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
