A Chief Sale & Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's B2B Sales & Marketing of Corporate Merchandise & Corporate Gifting. They play a vital role in a company’s growth and have important responsibilities that range from creative influence to business strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Chief Marketing Officer’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful B2B marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, and public relations.

Working with respective organisations and implementing devising strategy for business growth + efficiency. Tracking business pool KPis for each business and engaging with customers at the “right time” with the “right communication” for driving growth. Build his/her own team and managing of growth marketers to ensure business objective are met & to ensure team is well engaged. Additionally, driving targets and managing entire sales cycle.

In many cases, this role is expanded to include sales management, new business development, product development, and new client’s accusation, retention of existing clients, long term tot finalisation, negotiation, client management and customer service. A Chief Marketing Officer also ensures the organization's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives.

The minimum experience we are looking at is 5 years

**Salary**: ₹630,636.34 - ₹2,115,144.70 per year
