Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Pune, India

Reports To: Board of Directors

**Summary**:
As the CEO, you'll be pivotal in driving our client's firm toward achieving its objectives, with a specific focus on scaling up and building a robust technology consulting and staffing solutions business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Devise and implement strategies to attain corporate objectives, aiming for a 20% YoY revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Board on annual budgets, risk assessments, and investment decisions.
- **Business Planning and Development**:

- Develop long-term strategies for sustainable growth in consultation with the Board.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new enterprise clients and expand our footprint in recruitment and consulting.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Establish a culture of quality and set performance targets in collaboration with division managers.
- Monitor profitability, drive cost reduction, and implement operational enhancements.
- **Recruitment and Consulting Management**:

- Oversee the recruitment and consulting divisions, ensuring growth in hiring, closures, and projects.
- Foster collaboration across all stakeholders in the recruitment and consulting spheres.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to align corporate goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 15 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, and consulting.
- Proven business development skills, with a track record of adding enterprise clients.
- Strong background in sales and revenue growth.
- MBA in Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Achieve a minimum of 20% YoY revenue growth.
- Successfully acquire and onboard a specific number of new enterprise clients annually.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive the expansion of the technology consulting and staffing solutions business.
- Foster a culture of quality and collaboration across all departments and stakeholders.
