As we expand our footprint in **Pune, Lucknow, and Noida**, we’re looking for **dynamic, result-driven Offline Business Development Executives** to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**

Identify and engage potential clients through offline channels such as campus outreach, local networking, and educational events.
- **Relationship Building**

Build and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and other key stakeholders.
- **Sales Presentations**

Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Zell Education’s offerings to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**

Effectively negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- **Market Analysis**

Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Reporting & Documentation**

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback to support strategic decisions.
- **Event Management**

Organize and conduct impactful seminars and webinars to promote our programs and engage potential clients.
- **Team Collaboration**

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
- Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in offline or field marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- **Negotiation**: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- **Adaptability**: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.

- **Location**: Pune, Lucknow, and Noida
- **Experience Required**: 2-4 years in offline/field sales or marketing
- **CTC**: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
