Job Description Position: Marketing Manager Experience: 58 years Location: Pune Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of digital marketing expertise and traditional marketing experience to build brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencer campaigns) and offline channels (events, print, OOH, partnerships). - Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI. - Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative content across all channels. - Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive quality leads and conversions. - Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives. - Organize and promote offline events, exhibitions, and CSR campaigns for brand visibility. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine marketing strategies. - Build partnerships with agencies, vendors, and media outlets for greater outreach. - Analyze and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights. - Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
