**Job Purpose**:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Tele caller to join our _Sales Department_. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Answer any question about products or the company
- Line up demos for the support/Sales team
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements

**Requisite Skills**:

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding problem-solving skills

**Desired Skills**:

- Fluent in Gujrati (Spoken)
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Strong follow up
- Exceptional attention to detail

**Education**:
HSC, Graduate

**Relevant Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in software Tele sales
- Proven track record in successfully scheduling Software DEMO

**Total Experience**:
2 years+

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
