**Job Title**: Room Sales Executive
**Location**: The Shalimar Hotel, Kemps Corner
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, and online channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel tours, and presentations as needed.
- Achieve monthly room sales targets and assist in creating sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the reservations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and networking events.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a 3-star or 4-star property.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
