Telemarketing Agent (work remotely)

Susten.energy is an engineering, consulting and project development company specialized in sustainable energy solutions. We help our clients to reduce their carbon footprint, while saving money. Our team is made of highly skilled professionals with energy, climate change and sustainability backgrounds who believe that building a more sustainable society is possible and necessary.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to schedule appointments either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to consider buying Solar energy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call people using a given leads to sell Solar
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about Solar Benefits
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and how it can help them save money
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to meet appointments monthly quota
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and dialers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with rejection
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer objections
- Work: Remote

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
