**Job Summary**:
We seek a motivated Real Estate Telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments for our agents. This role involves making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing property information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound & inbound calls to potential clients.
- Coordinate with clients and schedule for the client visit
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead information.
- Qualify leads based on interest and readiness.
- Follow up to nurture client relationships.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or any Degree
- Experience in telemarketing or sales, telesales or tele calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
