**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce department.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales.
- Work with product managers to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Manage the customer experience, including order processing, customer service, and returns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in e-commerce and marketing.

**Required technical skillsets**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Ability to use data analysis tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Here are some of the specific technical skills that is necessary for the job:

- E-commerce platforms: The ability to use e-commerce platforms to create and manage online stores.
- SEO: The ability to optimize websites for search engines.
- SEM: The ability to create and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Social media marketing: The ability to use social media platforms to promote products and drive sales.
- Data analysis tools: The ability to use data analysis tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
