**KEY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Office Operations Management**: Timely and accurate maintenance of office records and documentation.

Efficient management of office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost optimization.

Implementation of streamlined processes and procedures to improve office efficiency.

Adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements related to office operations.

Reduction in administrative errors or discrepancies.

**Facilities Management**: Timely coordination and resolution of maintenance issues for the office premises.

Ensuring a safe and secure work environment by implementing appropriate security measures.

Efficient management of office space, including allocation, seating arrangements, and utilization optimization.

Implementation of sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and promote environmentally friendly practices.

Providing timely and accurate administrative support to senior management and other teams as required.

**Adaptability**: Perform all other duties assigned with Admin Team by HODs and Management.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor Degree

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
