**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive

**Job Description - Short Pointers**:

- **End-to-End Non-IT Recruitment**: Handle recruitment for roles in sales, marketing, admin, accounts, operations, etc.
- **Interview Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
- **Offer Management**: Manage offer roll-out, negotiations, and documentation.
- **Joining & Onboarding**: Ensure smooth onboarding process - document collection, induction, and orientation.
- **MIS & Reporting**: Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and generate reports for HR reviews.
- **Vendor Management (if any)**: Coordinate with recruitment partners/agencies when required.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Align with department heads for manpower planning and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate in HR or related field

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
