Required Accounts Assistant for Luxury Perfume Manufacturing | Colaba

Designation : Accounts Assistant
Location : Colaba, CSMT
Profile:
**1. **Rent **: a. Processing Rental payments on timely basis for all the Location of Head office and also keeping a track of Rental Escalation or Decline.

**2. **Petty Cash & Expenses Related Work.** a. Doing bifurcation of Petty Cash expenses, e.g. in Other Exempt, URD, Other Registered, Composition dealer, Registered, as per GST norms.

b. Expense Entries Related To Job Work Charges

c. Passing Petty Cash Entries of Ajmal & Sons in Orior as per GST norms.

**3. **Expenses & Payment Responsibilities**:a. Initial Checking of Invoices w.r.t Statutory & other details when received by the respective departments and raising query whenever required

b. Passing necessary expenses & Bank payment entries in orio with all the details provided in the Invoice

c. Deducting proper TDS on all the Invoice and also keeping a track of Lower deduction in TDS for respective creditors and their Limits

d. In case of releasing Travelling expenses cheques there is an Excel sheet maintained for Details w.r.to Travel (i.e. Person travelled/ Origin / Destination / Department / Amount etc.)

e. While processing Utility bills like Mobile / Telephone / Electricity/ Water etc. there is an extra care taken from our side so That there’s No Delay in payment. As Soon As we receive the utility bill, we immediately proceed it for online payment, and after receiving the challan we pass the entry in Orior.

f. Processing Urgent Payments on request of Seniors & managers and keeping a track of the same whether their original invoice in received and following up for the same

g. In case of postdated cheques issued for Car or other asset purchased we maintain a proper statement which states clear picture cheque clearance date and amount

**4. **Creditors List**:a. Keeping a track of all the Invoices Related to respective department and checking the same before initial process of payment

b. After receiving the Sanction list arranging those invoices according to sanction List and processing the payments as per Seniors Instruction and Funds availability

c. Making Necessary Adjustments in Focus while releasing bulk Invoices as per sanction List so that there is clear picture received of Outstanding Creditors

**5. **Documentation & other Records**:a. After releasing all types of payments for Head office my responsibility is to keep a proper track & record of all the documents which will be required during Audit against that particular payment

There is a proper record kept of Respective cheque Books and immediately applied for a chq book when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
