Junior Perfumer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Perfumer to join our perfumery team As a Junior Perfumer, you will assist in the creation and development of fragrances for various products, including fine fragrances, personal care, and home care. You will work closely with our senior perfumers and perfumery team to learn the art and science of perfumery and contribute to the creation of innovative and captivating scents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior perfumers in fragrance creation, modification, and evaluation
- Learn and master perfumery techniques, including blending, accords, and fragrance families
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of essential oils, aroma compounds, and fragrance ingredients
- Participate in sensory evaluations and provide feedback on fragrance performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging fragrance directions
- Assist in maintaining the perfumery lab, including organization, inventory, and safety protocols

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in perfumery, chemistry, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in perfumery or a related field
- Strong sense of smell and ability to discern fragrance notes and accords
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior perfumers
