**Job Description: Content Junior**
The Content Junior is responsible for editorial management and content generation. In this role, the Content Junior will help craft content leveraged across the Marketing initiatives - including PR/communications, demand generation, ABM, customer development, events marketing, SEO, organic social, paid media, and sales enablement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage editorial calendar and overall editorial process for the Advantage Club Blog, as well as manage other content written in-house or by agencies
- Manage ideation and execution of multi-media content development, including Advantage Club video/audio series
- Strategize and execute research projects to build Advantage Club as an industry thought leader, including survey design, analysis, written reports, and working with the in-house creative team on final outputs
- Help Advantage Club to drive its global thought leadership, build awareness for its executives, and amplify key business messages.
- Partner with social media, paid media, and PR/communications teams to ensure Advantage Club is amplified across channels.
- Measure content performance at regular intervals and present content analysis to leadership.
**Required skills and experience**:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications with an emphasis on -content development.
- Experience in creating content for the HR/ HR Tech industry.
- Highly motivated and extremely organized individual with exceptional writing and research skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills that will appeal to C-Suite Executives and HR professionals.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and startup environment
