You get to work alongside an excellent founding team with people from INSEAD, IIT, ISB, Bain, Inshorts, GupShup, etc. About the Role Were looking for a creative and dynamic Junior Content Producer to join our team and help us amplify our social media presence. If you have a knack for storytelling, an eye for trends, and love creating content, this role is perfect for you Location: Gurgaon (In-Office) Experience Level: Let your work speak Key Responsibilities Conceptualize content ideas that resonate with the brand's communication and ideology. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement them creatively in our content strategy. Generate and brainstorm innovative ideas for short-form (Reels, Shorts, Stories) and long-form content (YouTube, Etc). Collaborate with the team to plan, produce, and publish content that aligns with our brand voice. Assist with basic camera and lighting setup to create visually appealing content. Be comfortable in front of the camera and participate in content creation. Leverage your knowledge of pop culture to craft relatable and shareable content. Ability to think creatively and act fast Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Possesses communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Degree doesnt matter Experience in handling social media and content creation Ability to think creatively and act fast Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Possesses communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Has an understanding of software for pictures and videos Has comfort in creating content on the phone Previous experience working with a consumer brand is a big plus Not necessary, it would be great if you can speak Tamil, Telegu, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Marathi, etc. What We Offer Hands-on experience in content creation and strategy.
