**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging content for various digital and print platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow in the field of content creation.

**Key Requirements**

Content Creation: Write high-quality, well-researched, and original content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.

SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize content for search engines, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.

Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Ideation: Brainstorm and generate ideas for new content pieces that align with the company's goals and resonate with the target audience.

Content Management: Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and consistency in publishing.

Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to enhance content strategy.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

Social Media Engagement: Create content suitable for social media platforms and engage with the audience to foster interaction and brand awareness.

Learning and Development: Stay informed about the latest writing techniques, content marketing trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve skills.

**Educational Qualification**

Education: A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Digital Awareness: Familiarity with digital marketing principles and basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Writing Samples: Applicants are encouraged to provide writing samples or a portfolio that showcases their writing abilities and versatility

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
