**Job Summary**:
As a B2C EdTech Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

For freshers, we offer a comprehensive 3-month on-the-job training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and expertise. **Upon successful completion of the training period, you will be rewarded with a Full-time job.** Offer During this training, you will learn the intricacies of the sales process and gain hands-on experience, setting a strong foundation for your career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exceed Sales Targets**: Meet and surpass sales objectives, driving revenue growth through strategic selling techniques.
- **Proactive Outreach**: Initiate calls to both cold and warm leads, demonstrating persistence and enthusiasm in engaging potential customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture new and existing customer accounts, creating sustainable business relationships.
- **Sales Progress Reporting**: Regularly report and present progress updates related to Inside Sales activities, contributing valuable insights to the team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competition, enabling you to articulate our value proposition effectively.
- **Collaborative Planning**: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of sales efforts.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**:Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making processes, enhancing persuasive strategies for customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Sales Experience: 0-6 months of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the education technology or related sectors
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the development of enduring relationships with customers.
- Motivated Team Player: Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and technologies, including CRM software, is a significant advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
