Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate (Fresher) located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage in daily tasks such as identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching products and services, and closing sales. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to improve the sales strategy. Training and mentorship will be provided to ensure growth and development in the sales field.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present and pitch products effectively
- Customer service and client relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of market research and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required
