We are hiring for **Sales Associates** at **Lenskart**

**Designation**: Sales Associate
**Type**: Full-Time
**Location**: Bangalore (On-site)
**Notice Period**: Immediate
**Experience**: Freshers and Experienced (Both can apply)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their needs.
3. Educating customers about lens types, coatings, and other options.
4. Conducting eye measurements and providing advice on fitting and adjustment.
5. Processing sales transactions and managing inventory.
6. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

**Requirements**:
12th pass; Graduates preferred.
Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships.
Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions.
Clear articulation and active listening skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environment and openness to learn.
Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation.
Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹234,000.00 per year
