**Job Title**: Semi-Technical CSE (Customer Service Executive)

**Process**: Australian MBB / Australian Prepaid

**Shift**: Graveyard (Night Shift)

**Location**: Hinjewadi III, Pune

**Salary**: Up to 35000 INR Maximum

**Cab Facility**: Both Side

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 6 months of experience in a technical background for MBB or 6 months of INT VOICE exp in Prepaid

**Qualification**: UG and Grads

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Document and escalate issues to the appropriate team or department.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer interactions in our systems.
- Meet or exceed customer service and productivity goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical background.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift.
- Must be located in Yerwada, Hinjewadi III or willing to relocate.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
