Nursing Assistant Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Staff Coordination**: Coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
2. **Patient Care Oversight**: Monitor the quality of patient care provided by nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
3. **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, other healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
4. **Training and Development**: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement in nursing practices, patient care processes, and healthcare outcomes.
6. **Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in audits and inspections as required.
7. **Resource Management**: Manage nursing resources efficiently, including equipment, supplies, and budgetary allocations, to optimize patient care delivery.
8. **Patient Advocacy**: Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met through effective communication with nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
9. **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance, implementing strategies to minimize adverse events and ensure a safe care environment.
10. **Administrative Duties**: Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, participating in meetings, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
**Note**: Two wheeler required
