**Position Title**: Nursing Tutor

**Location**: Jubilee Mission College of Nursing

**Reports**To: Principal

**Position Summary**:
The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support and tutoring to nursing students. The tutor will help students understand concepts, prepare for exams, and develop clinical skills. This position requires a deep understanding and a passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tutoring and Academic Support**: Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for nursing students Assist students in understanding nursing concepts, coursework, and clinical practices.

**Curriculum Development and Enhancement**:Assist in the development and enhancement of nursing curriculum. Create and update educational materials, including handouts, practice exams, and case studies.

**Clinical Skill Development**: Provide guidance and support in developing clinical skills related to nursing. Offer simulation and practical sessions to enhance hands-on learning experiences.

**Student Mentoring**: Serve as a mentor to nursing students, offering academic and career advice. Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide tailored support to improve their performance.

**Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with faculty members to align tutoring sessions with course objectives. Communicate regularly with students to track progress and address any academic challenges.

**Professional Development**: Stay current with developments in nursing education. Attend professional development workshops and continuing education courses.

**Evaluation and Feedback**: Assess the effectiveness of tutoring sessions and make adjustments as needed. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.) required.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in nursing. **(Fresher Can Also Apply)**

Previous experience in teaching or tutoring nursing students is preferred.

**Skills and Abilities**:
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

Proficiency in using educational technology and simulation equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
