Sales and Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective business strategies in IT Industry
- **Qualifications and Skills**_
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing or in software marketing projects
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Above average writing skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
