**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. **Responsibilities**: - Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities - Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors - Track changes to the design and adjust budget projections accordingly - Perform risk and value management to optimize project costs - Advise on procurement strategy - Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks - Prepare and analyze costings for tenders - Allocate work to subcontractors - Provide advice on contractual claims - Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
