**Job Summary**:
**Draftswomen with Quantity Surveyor Duties**:

- **Prepare quantity take-offs and bills of quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications**:

- **Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment**:

- **Assist in budget planning, tender preparation, and cost analysis**:

- **Track project expenses and provide cost control recommendations**:

- **Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site teams for cost tracking and verification**:

- **Evaluate variations and prepare payment certificates and reports**:

- **Prepare detailed architectural and sanction drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software**:

- **Convert sketches, site measurements, and specifications into technical drawings**:

- **Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy**:

- **Update drawings to reflect design changes and maintain drawing records**:

- **Ensure compliance with relevant codes and project standards**

Pay: ₹11,248.47 - ₹40,052.69 per month
