Job Description:
1.Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements as per the designs created by the structural team

2.Build a connection with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors for preparing the quantity requirements

3.Responsible to ensure the quantity requirement plan of each project will be accurate & should ensure no wastage of resources in future

4.Responsible to Consult with the clients about the quantity requirements of projects throughout the execution of the project

5.Responsible to monitor to progress and checking that the work is happening as per the quantity budget

6.Responsible to Recalculate costs if the design or material changes

7.Responsible for time to time updation to Senior officer - Billing & Coordination about the ongoing quantity requirements of each project for billing purpose

8.Responsible to submit the report to the reporting officer timely

Notes:
Qualification : Diploma Civil / Quantity Surveyor Course

Experience : 2 or more years

Bike is a must.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
