**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Quantity Surveyor** with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costs, from initial estimates to final accounts. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.
- Conduct site measurements and assessments to accurately determine quantities and costs.
- Provide cost advice on all stages of the project, including design, procurement, and construction.
- Review and analyze tender documentation, contracts, and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings or risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including pricing and contract documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management techniques.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
