Customer Support Executive

Ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Develop and implement a bulk messaging campaign for social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Update product listings on the website via Shopify to ensure that all products are accurately displayed and information is up-to-date.
- Access and manage basic Shopify backend tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify backend operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
