**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect, qualify new sales leads generated through inbound enquiries and offline and online campaigns conducted by the marketing team.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right ERP solutions to meet their business goals.
- Conduct product demos and presentations over Zoom/Teams to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and opportunity data.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales teams for lead nurturing and proposal building.
- Educate customers on ERP features, benefits, implementation processes, and pricing models.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in ERP/Software/SaaS domain.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with demoing software solutions.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in selling to SMEs and mid-sized businesses.
- Knowledge of business processes like accounting, inventory, HR, and procurement.
**Compensation**:
- Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
