Job Description:
The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Key responsibilities include developing outbound marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, converting leads into clients, utilizing CRM tools effectively, and leading a team of client acquisition specialists.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 6-8 years of experience in client acquisition within B2B services.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media management, outbound marketing techniques, CRM utilization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive outbound marketing strategies to leverage social media and other relevant platforms for acquiring new clients.
- Utilize social media platforms to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, conduct demo meetings, follow-ups, and close deals.
- Employ effective strategies to convert leads into clients through demo meetings, persistent follow-ups, addressing client inquiries, creating tailored proposals, and closing deals successfully.
- Ensure efficient use of CRM tools for lead tracking, updating client information, managing communication, and providing necessary reports to the management.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team responsible for client acquisition efforts, provide training, support, and strategic direction to achieve sales objectives effectively.
