**Shift Timing**: 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Aligned with UK Business Hours)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Present and promote the company’s recruitment services to potential clients, primarily in the **UK market**:
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Negotiate terms of engagement and close business deals in line with company policies
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline
**Key Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in business development or client acquisition within a recruitment or staffing firm
- Proven success in generating leads and converting them into clients
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and service delivery models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience dealing with **international clients**, particularly in the **UK recruitment market**, is highly desirable
