**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential international clients, utilizing various lead generation methods such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to international clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective international client organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales proposals and solutions that meet the unique needs of international clients.
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in international sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable, particularly languages spoken in target international markets.
