**Qualification : B Tech / BE - Electrical, Civil, Mechanical**
- Fluency in English
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in Solar industry especially Rooftop is preferred

**Responsibilities**:
- Resolving any rejection sent by utility companies by using problem solving skills.
- Contacting customers when appropriate to resolve utility rejections.
- Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring all required documentation is submitted to customers for signature.
- Occasionally taking inbound calls by either utility companies or customers about resolving utility rejections or getting customer's systems turned on.
- Other duties as assigned. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in work experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships.
- Basic knowledge of utility distribution grid interconnections, net metering, renewable energy
Ability to understand basic electrical concepts (e.g., voltage, current, power, energy)
- Interconnection experience with backup batteries required.
- Fluency in English is must.
- Ability to work US working hours.

- Ability to interact and participate in meetings
