Music Teacher

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Music Theory and Practice**:

- Instruct students on the fundamentals of music theory, including reading music, understanding rhythm, scales, and chords.
- Teach students to play various musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, etc.) or vocals, depending on specialization.
- **Creating Lesson Plans**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines, and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students at different skill levels.
- **Conducting Rehearsals and Performances**:

- Lead group rehearsals or individual practice sessions.
- Organize and supervise performances such as school concerts, recitals, and other events.
- Prepare students for performances, ensuring they have the proper skills and confidence.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate students' musical progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Track and record students’ achievements and areas of improvement.
- **Fostering a Positive and Creative Learning Environment**:

- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Motivate students to pursue their musical interests and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with other teachers and school staff to coordinate performances, activities, and interdisciplinary projects.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students’ progress and challenges.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current trends in music education, new teaching tools, and advancements in music technology.
- Attend workshops, seminars, or other professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
