**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Soldering Inspection**:

- Inspect soldered joints and connections to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document defects or irregularities in soldering workmanship.
- Testing and Evaluation:

- Conduct functional tests and evaluations on soldered assemblies to ensure reliability and performance.
- Use testing equipment and tools to assess the integrity of soldered connections.
- Record test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control procedures and protocols for soldering operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and improve soldering processes.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for corrective actions to maintain and enhance quality standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of soldering inspections, tests, and evaluations.
- Generate reports summarizing quality findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate inspection results and quality metrics to management and other stakeholders.

**Training and Compliance**:

- Train soldering technicians on quality standards, techniques, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Stay updated on advances in soldering technology and quality control methodologies.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance soldering quality and efficiency.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to optimize overall product quality and performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
